Local Deliveries
We will make every attempt to deliver to any address in Malta within 48 hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays. Deliveries to Gozo will be made once a week. We accept orders internationally for delivery in Malta and Gozo. If our delivery staff finds nobody at the delivery address, they will leave a short note asking the addressee to get in touch with us to arrange a convenient delivery time.
International Deliveries
We also accept orders for international deliveries. Please note that prices are quoted for local deliveries only and in Euro Currency. Please use our currency converter link on our homepage to translate value of Euro into another currency. Shipping costs will have to be added for international deliveries. Please contact us before lodging an order for international delivery so that we will quote shipping costs for your perusal in any currency you wish before you actually lodge an order with maltagifts.com
No Local Delivery Charges
Although most of the prices are less than the normal retail prices, Maltagifts.com spares no expense for customer satisfaction. All local deliveries are free of charge.
Wrapping
Most of our gifts need to be wrapped. Maltagifts.com gives high consideration for the wrapping and presentation of your gift. You have the option to choose whether you need the gift-wrapped or not. We have a wide range of wrapping paper for every occasion. Wrapping is also completely free of charge but should you decide not to wrap the gift for whatever reason, we will automatically assume that either the item is for the client himself or delivery to third parties will be effected by the customer with the wrapping paper of his choice. In this regard if you do not opt for wrapping paper we automatically do not deliver to third parties. For obvious reasons the option for wrapping paper applies only for locally based customers.
Guarantee
We will be pleased to refund your money if you are not satisfied with the quality of our products. All operational items have a six-month guarantee.

Order Confirmation
We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your order. When the order has been processed and delivered successfully we will send you another email to inform you that your order has been processed completely.
